Offices and Workspaces
Our business Centres are situated throughout Southern Oxfordshire offering offices or workshops for very small and start-up businesses. We operate these centres in a very relaxed and informal way, encouraging, but not insisting upon, a community spirit. We like you to know your neighbour.
Keeping it Simple
Most businesses start at home. Making the first move into premises can be daunting. Our centres are ideal because our approach is gentle and supportive, honest and fair. Your commitment is to pay the rent, and our commitment is not to surprise you with high add-on costs. You give us only one months notice to vacate and there is no commitment beyond that. We will work with you and our mentors are available should you need them. If an office or workshop is too much to commit to at the moment (prices start from £60 per week inclusive of rent, rates, power, light and heat, and insurance), then consider using one of the Centres as a mailing address, which may help to give a good impression to your customers. You can choose to move in later when the business has grown.
The Legal Bit
Licences to occupy are written on one side of A4 and are very easy to read…no legal jargon. The licence is continuous until you decide to vacate. That’s it!
Not for Profit
If we can keep these Centres full then we make a surplus and that is used to pay for the administrative costs of running the mentoring service. So by taking one of the TBAC offices you are helping to support the service.
