TBAC is a non-profit making organisation, funded by profits from our offices and workshops and from donations from local businesses. We provide a high quality mentoring service to any small or start up business in Oxfordshire. This service is available at no charge. Our mentors do it as their way of giving something back to the community.
Mentoring
We offer free continuous (typically quarterly meetings, or twice yearly) mentoring support to anyone who runs an owner-managed business in Oxfordshire. The service is delivered using a team of experienced mentors. They all run their own small business in Oxfordshire. We train them and they are regularly monitored by each other to improve and maintain the standards of excellence that we provide. Read more…
Offices & Workshops
Our serviced offices and workshops for small and start-up businesses are available throughout Southern Oxfordshire from Witney to Watlington, including Abingdon and Oxford. Surpluses from these centres are used to pay admin costs of running the mentoring service. Read more…

TBAC will be holding regular networking events, both for existing business, and those considering starting up a new business. These events will give an opportunity for exchanging ideas and encourage trading with each other.
